These little balls of ground pork and beef with gravy sauce are perfect for any occasion, whether it's a family dinner or a party with friends. Just be warned, they're so addictive that you might end up eating them like popcorn.

Ingredients
2.5 OZ / 75 G breadcrumbs
7 OZ / 200 G ground beef
7 OZ / 200 G ground pork
1 EA egg
0.5 EA onion
1 TSP black pepper
2 TSP salt
1 PINCH allspice
4.5 OZ / 125 ML milk
10.5 OZ / 300 ML heavy cream
10.5 OZ / 300 ML beef stock
0.5 OZ / 20 G flour
1 TSP white pepper
1 TBSP soy sauce
Directions
Peel your onion and quarter, then add your onion to the mixing bowl. Chop the onion with the measuring cup inserted for 10 seconds / speed 5. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl.
Add breadcrumbs, milk, ground beef and ground pork to the mixing bowl. Add the egg, black pepper, 1 tsp of salt and a pinch of allspice to the mixing bowl. Mix for 1 minute / speed 2 / stir.
Remove the mixture from the mixing bowl and form the mixture into 1-inch or around 2.5cm balls. Once shaped, divide them between the deep and shallow steaming trays. Clean your mixing bowl.
Add your beef stock, flour, soy sauce, cream, white pepper and remaining salt to the mixing bowl, with the butterfly whisk inserted. Attach the steaming trays and then cook your sauce and meatballs for 25 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 2 / stir.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce. Enjoy your meal!
