Light and fluffy bread, packed with whole grains enriched with essential nutrients.
Ingredients
8 OZ / 225 ML milk, 3.5% fat
1 TSP / 5 G yeast
1 TSP / 5 G sugar
4 OZ / 110 G yogurt
6.5 OZ / 190 G plain flour
6.5 OZ / 190 G wholegrain flour
1 PINCH salt
Directions
Add lukewarm milk, yoghurt, yeast and sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds / speed 1.
Leave the mixture rise inside the bowl to activate the yeast for 10 minutes / 105°F |40°C / speed 1.
Add wholegrain flour, plain flour and salt to the mixing bowl. Knead for 1 minute 30 seconds. Cover and set in warm place to let rise for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 390°F| 200°C. Shape as desired onto a baking tray or in a loaf tin. Allow to rise again for 20 minutes. Bake your bread for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

To avoid the dough sticking to your fingers, grease your hands with oil before transferring the dough into another bowl.
