The beer in this bread gives a great hoppy flavor.
Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G strong bread flour
0.5 TBSP instant active yeast
10.5 OZ / 300 ML beer
1 TSP salt
1 TBSP sugar
Directions
Add your bread flour, yeast, salt, beer and sugar. Knead for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Check dough for the consistency, add more beer or flour depending on the desired consistency. Knead again for 1 minute.
Take the dough out, shape it into a ball and put it into a bowl covered by a tea towel and allow to proof for at least 1 hour until it has doubled in volume. Clean the mixing bowl.
Add the dough back into the mixing bowl and knead again for 1 minute.
Lightly flour a work surface and empty the dough onto it. Shape into a loaf tin. Allow to proof for an hour.
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 360°F. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes till cooked through.

TIPS:
Use any kind of beer you like, different kinds of beer flavors will give your bread a very unique taste.
Add fiber sprinkles of any kind of seeds over the top.
