It is a simple but delicious soup. Rich, decadent, and very healthy because it is a keto recipe.
Ingredients
3 OZ / 80 G onion
9 OZ / 250 G cauliflower
2 CLOVES garlic
2 OZ / 60 G almond flour
20.5 OZ / 600 ML vegetable stock
0.5 TSP cayenne pepper
0.5 TSP ground cumin
1 TSP coriander
1 TSP black pepper
1 TSP salt
Directions
Peel and quarter the onion then add it to the mixing bowl to finely chop. Add the garlic and chop for 10 seconds / speed 8. Scrape down the sides.
Divided the cauliflower into small florets. Add cauliflower, almond flour, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, coriander and pepper in the mixing bowl and mix for 150 seconds.
Add the stock in the mixing bowl. With the lid attached and the measuring cup inserted, cook for 10 minutes / 250°F|120°C / speed 1.
