Try making your own homemade savory classic tacos with a generous amount of ground beef and cheese, have everything ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients
17.5 OZ / 500 G ground beef
2 TBSP smoked sweet paprika
1 TSP cayenne pepper
1 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TBSP oregano
4 TBSP olive oil
2 EA little gem lettuce
1 EA red bell pepper
3.5 OZ / 100 G piccolo tomatoes
2 OZ / 50 G shredded cheese
8 EA crispy taco shells
7 OZ / 200 G sour cream
Directions
Add half of your beef and oil to the mixing bowl and sauté beef for 10 minutes. Empty the beef to another bowl and reserve for later.
Add your remaining beef and oil to the mixing bowl and sauté again for 10 minutes. Once cooked, give your ground beef a stir.
Add the paprika, cayenne, sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper and the reserved beef back to the mixing bowl. Sauté your mix for 3 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 3.
Shred the lettuce, deseed and dice the bell pepper, then slice the tomatoes in half. Set them neatly on a plate.
Warm your taco shells, then build your tacos as desired. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top before serving.
