Ingredients
2 TSP sesame seeds
0.25 TSP salt
1 OZ / 30 G basi
1 CLOVE garlic
2 OZ / 50 G dried tomatoes
5.5 OZ / 160 G cottage cheese
3 OZ / 80 G yogurt
0.25 TSP pepper
Directions
Add the sesame seed to the mixing bowl and sauté for 2 1/2 minutes / 265°F|130°C.
Blend the sesame for 30 seconds / speed 10. Scrape down the sides of bowl.
Wash the basil then shake to rinse. Peel the garlic clove. Add the basil leaves, dried tomatoes, and garlic in the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds / speed 5.
Add cream cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Mix everything until even for 20 seconds / speed 3 / stir.
