Espresso and Chocolate Pot
Such a great sweet adult treat with the rich aroma of coffee and the subtle heat of the coffee liquor.
Ingredients

9 OZ / 250 G bitter sweet chocolate

7 OZ / 200 ML heavy cream

2 OZ / 50 ML coffee liquor

2.5 OZ / 75 ML espresso coffee

0.5 TSP sea salt
Directions
Add your chocolate to the mixing bowl. Chop the chocolate for 10 seconds / speed 8 with the measuring cup inserted.
Add cream, coffee, salt and liquor to the mixing bowl. Cook for 5 minutes / 150°F|65°C / speed 2 / stir.
Pour the mix into small espresso cups or glass containers and place in the fridge, allowing to cool down for 2 hours before serving.
TIP: Once chilled, your chocolate pot should be set thick but still smooth and silky.
Serve with some whipped cream in multo and freshly grated chocolate.

TIP:
- If you like your chocolate sweeter, add a couple of TBSP of maple syrup into the mix on step 3.
