This Indian inspired treat makes a healthy breakfast especially for mango lovers. All you need is just a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
8.75 OZ / 250 G mango
1/2 EA lemon
12.25 OZ / 350 G yogurt
8.5 OZ / 250 ML milk
2 TBSP sugar or honey
Directions
Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Add mango, yoghurt, lemon juice to mixing bowl and blend for 50 seconds / speed 8.
Add cold water or cold milk and blend for 30 seconds / speed 8. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.
