Ingredients
1 EA large green apple
2 OZ / 60 G yellow onion
20 OZ / 550 G sauerkraut
1 TBSP caraway seeds
4 OZ / 120 ML amber beer
32 OZ / 900 G yukon gold potatoes
12 OZ / 350 G smoked kielbasa, links or rope
Directions
Peel apple and remove core.
Cut into quarters and add to mixing bowl with onion. Chop for 8 seconds / speed 6.
Drain sauerkraut and add to mixing bowl with caraway seeds and beer. Attach deep steaming tray to mixing bowl.
Cut potatoes into quarters and add to deep steaming tray. Set shallow steaming tray onto deep steaming tray and add kielbasa. Cook pork and sauerkraut for 30 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
