Peel and chop the pumpkin. Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the onion and ginger, then add them to the mixing bowl. Chop your onion for 8 seconds / speed 6.
Add the oil and the diced pumpkin to the mixing bowl, then sauté for 5 minutes / 250°F|120°C.
Add the stock, chili flakes, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf and green peppercorn to the mixing bowl. Sauté your pumpkin mix for 14 minutes / 230°F|110°C.
Check the seasoning, then add to an oven-proof dish before sprinkling over the breadcrumbs and broil till golden and crispy on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
