Try this homemade, lactose-free and vegan friendly rice milk in less than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
7 OZ / 200 G white rice
24.5 OZ / 700 ML water
Directions
Add rice to the mixing bowl. Remove the measuring cup and toast the rice for 8 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 1.
Blend the rice with the measuring cup inserted for 1 minute / speed 10. Scrape down the sides.
Add water to the mixing bowl. Blend for 2 minutes / speed 8. Set a fine mesh sieve over large bowl and pour mixture through the sieve. Transfer rice milk into small bottles and discard solids.
