Smoothies, Drinks and Shakes
A honey-sweetened fruit drink with a hint of rosemary.
8 OZ / 230 G fresh blueberries
1 SPRIG fresh rosemary
12 OZ / 355 ML water
5.25 OZ / 150 G honey
1 EA finely grated zest of 1 lemon
5.25 OZ / 150 G fresh lemon juice
24 EA ice cubes
12 OZ / 355 ML club soda or plain seltzer
Add blueberries and rosemary leaves to mixing bowl and chop for 4 seconds / speed 7. Use spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add water, honey, lemon zest and juice to mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute / speed 7.
Fill 6 tall glasses with ice.
Pour blueberry mixture over ice and top off with club soda or seltzer.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs and blueberries and serve immediately.
