6 EA oil packed dried tomatoes, drained
1 EA onion
1 EA garlic clove
1.5 TBSP oil
17.5 OZ / 500 G water
2 TSP vegetable bouillon
7 OZ / 2OO G cream
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP pepper
1 TSP Italian herbs
14 OZ / 400 G diced tomatoes
14 OZ / 400 G tortellini
10 EA basil leaves
1 OZ / 30 G parmesan
Directions
Place dried tomatoes, onion, and garlic in the mixing bowl, chop and push down with the spatula for 10 seconds / speed 5.
Add oil and sauté for 3 minutes / 248°F|120°C / speed 1.
Add water, stock cube, cream, salt, pepper and herbs, and cook for 8 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
Add canned tomatoes and cook for 6 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
Add tortellini and basil and warm for 2 minutes / 194°F|90°C / speed 1.
