Ingredients
10.5 OZ / 300 G brewed coffee
2 EA eggs
1 EA egg yolk
4.5 OZ / 130 G sugar
17.5 OZ / 500 G Mascarpone
10.5 OZ / 300 G ladyfingers
1.5 TBSP / 20 G cocoa powder
10.5 OZ / 310 ML heavy cream
Directions
Attach the butterfly whisk and add your cream, whip for 90 seconds / speed 4. Remove from the mixing bowl and store in the fridge.
Attach butterfly whisk to the mixing bowl. Add Eggs, Egg yolk and sugar to the mixing bowl. Whisk for 6 minutes / speed 4.
Remove the measuring cup, add Mascarpone and whipped cream, mix for 2 minutes / speed 3.
Dip the ladyfingers into the cold coffee but only keep them in until they’re fully soaked otherwise the ladyfingers will fall apart.
Then build your tiramisu with a layer of ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
Finish with cocoa powder and keep refrigerated until serving.
