Purple Sprouting Broccoli

A vegan-friendly side dish to your salad, pasta and other main courses.
Directions
Trim the woody ends from the sprouting broccoli and add to the deep steaming tray. Toss with some salt and oil.
Add your water to the mixing bowl and attach your deep steaming tray. Steam your broccoli for 10 minutes. Once done, lay them on a serving plate.
Enjoy your dish!

- You can also substitute the purple broccoli with broccolini.
