Add hazelnut spread and cream into the mixing bowl and use the rotating blade to easily mix these ingredients together.

14 OZ / 420 ML heavy cream
1 TBSP sugar
4 OZ / 120 G Mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
1 TSP vanilla extract
2.5 OZ / 70 G hazelnuts
8 OZ / 240 G chocolate hazelnut spread
0.5 TSP Kosher salt
Add 10 ounces heavy cream and sugar to mixing bowl. Attach butterfly whisk and mix for 3 minutes / speed 3.
Add Mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract and mix for 1 minute / speed 3.
Remove butterfly whisk and transfer whipped cream mixture to a bowl, cover and refrigerate. Wash and dry mixing bowl.
Add hazelnuts to mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds / speed 5.
Remove the measuring cup, toast nuts for 3 minutes / 230°F|110°C / speed 5. Remove nuts from mixing bowl and set aside. Wipe out mixing bowl.
Add remaining 4 ounces of heavy cream to mixing bowl and cook for 2 minutes / 212°F|100°C / speed 1.
Add chocolate hazelnut spread and Kosher salt to mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute / speed 2. Let cool for five minutes.
Assemble layers of whipped mascarpone, ganache, and toasted hazelnuts in four parfait glasses, repeating layers until glasses are full.
